I'm going to be honest.  The last two weeks have been extremely stressful.  I've had a lot of reading for multiple classes (I'm used to only have one reading heavy class), I had my first psychology test, and my flash drive became corrupted after spending over half an hour scanning a forty-page reading for my Arts Management class.
Despite so many setbacks, I'm still going.  I got a B+ on my first Psychology test (and I'm really not a science person, so I'm extremely pleased with that grade), and I'm getting better about managing my time to complete all of the readings.  I also put my faith and trust in God.  Isaiah 46:4 says it all.  He will carry us, especially through hard times, and he will rescue us.

Have you had any setbacks this week?  Has God rescued you, too?

  1. Hang in there, Rebecca! I'm sure that you know well enough about the seasons and tough weeks in college, I'm so glad that you are trusting in the Lord, I hope that peace and less stressful weeks come your way! Xx!

  2. I am so with you - this semester has been crazy busy already, and now I'm stressing about MCAT prep and hospital volunteering. I just like to think about how everything I'm doing is for a good and worthwhile eventual goal - and that education in and of itself is valuable enough. Hopefully you can have a destressing weekend!

  3. Junior year was definitely a crazy year for me. I love this verse! Throughout college, and even now, during stressful times I'd always tell myself: "everything will get done, because it has too" so even though life is overwhelming now, it will get better and you will get all of your reading done! You can do it!
