5 Tips To Savor Summer

I have bad news.  That news is that summer is ending.  I know, I know.  It's terrible.  Trust me, I'm clinging on to the last few days of summer just as much as you are.  I head back to Sweet Briar on August 16th, so I'm savoring these last two weeks of freedom.

But don't worry, I'm here to provide you with some tips for savoring the end of summer, because trust me, you'll regret it if you don't!

I know that once I get back to school, I'll be going nonstop for the first two weeks until classes start.  I have training for Student Government Exec Board and I will be helping with orientation for the first years.  In preparation for that craziness, I'm using these two weeks to recharge my battery with lots of sleep, relaxing, and lounging around.

Additionally, I'm hoping to schedule a few weeks worth of blog posts so I won't have to worry about that while I'm moving into my new room. (p.s., if there are any posts y'all would like to see, feel free to let me know in the comments!  Any ideas are greatly appreciated!)

How are you spending your last few weeks of summer?

  1. What a great list! I have a month until I leave to study abroad, but I still have two weeks of work left! I'm definitely going to be savoring every three day weekend!
